Punishment of the crime

Nevertheless, from October 13, 2010 to the present day, the Defendant did not pay KRW 2,095,000 on February 2013, 201 to workers I who worked in the above G from February 15, 2013.

In addition, the Defendant did not pay the total of KRW 19,203,030 to four workers on the date of the regular payment of wages as stated in the attached list of crimes (2).
