1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 75,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 12% per annum from July 31, 2019 to the day of complete payment.

Comprehensively taking account of the evidence No. 1 and the purport of the entire pleadings, the fact that the Defendant: (a) requested the Plaintiff to perform the new construction work by requesting the Plaintiff around 2016; and (b) on December 14, 2017, the Plaintiff prepared and issued a payment note for the attached construction price that the Defendant would pay the Plaintiff the unpaid construction cost of KRW 75,00,000 to the Plaintiff by December 29, 2017.

Therefore, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff the above construction cost of KRW 75,00,000 and damages for delay calculated at the rate of 12% per annum from July 31, 2019 to the date of full payment after the delivery date of the payment order of this case to the day of full payment. Thus, the plaintiff's claim is justified.
