A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

10,000 won shall be additionally collected from the defendant.

Punishment of the crime

On November 2, 200, the Defendant was sentenced to 15 years of imprisonment with prison labor for robbery, etc. at the Busan High Court on September 4, 2014, and completed the execution of the said sentence at the Daegu District Prison on September 4, 2014. Notwithstanding the fact that the narcotics handler is not a narcotics handler, the Defendant handled the mert clopty (hereinafter “copon”), which is a local mental medicine, as follows:

1. On April 11, 2017, the Defendant promised to purchase a penphone from “C” obtained through a smartphone, and purchased and sold a penphone in a manner of raising KRW 600,000 won in a wooden hole, finding a neighboring construction site located in “C” located in Busan L, Busan, and then holding the said money in a manner of getting approximately 1.74g of a phiphone, for which the said one “C” collected and kept the said money.

2. On April 17, 2017, around 16:00, the Defendant received delivery from H at the front of the “G” telecom, “G” in the Kimhae-si F, for the 54 am Li half-ra, and the 14 am mm via the m.

3. On April 18, 2017, around 01:00, the Defendant injected approximately 0.03g of the instant 2. Maurphones purchased as indicated in the foregoing paragraph 2. 206 to the “G” 1. 1., in a single-use injection machine, and injected them by dilution with bio-treatment.

4. On April 18, 2017, at around 14:27, the Defendant possessed approximately 1.71g of scopon at the “J” coffee shop located in Daejeon-gu Daejeon-dong, Daejeon-gu, and 14 stm of Ra half-day 54 and scopon 14.
