Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 500,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, the amount of KRW 100,000 shall be paid.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who drives a Ray vehicle B.

No person shall intentionally cover a registration number plate of a motor vehicle or make it illegible.

Nevertheless, on May 27, 2017, the Defendant changed “B” to “C” and made it difficult for the Defendant to identify the registration number plate in order to prevent identification of the number plate when the parking and stopping is controlled on the side in the road A, which is the end of the lower registration number plate.
