Defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, the amount of KRW 100,000 shall be paid.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person engaging in driving a rocketing taxi.

On February 21, 2018, the Defendant driven the above taxi around 06:30 on February 21, 2018, and proceeded at an aesthetic speed along the three-lanes in the direction of the distribution large intersection in the direction of the distance, regardless of whether the roads in front of the death distance of the Seongdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Seongdong-gu, Seoul.

Since the place has a crosswalk where signal, etc. is installed, a person engaged in driving service shall operate according to the signal instruction, and if there is a pedestrian who has a crosswalk, he/she has a duty of care to safely drive by stopping in front of the pedestrian, such as sending a pedestrian, etc.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected this and went to a stop signal, but the Defendant was negligent in proceeding with the stop signal, and was on the bridge of the victim C (the age of 29) who walked on the crosswalk in accordance with the pedestrian signals in front of the above taxi.

As a result, the Defendant suffered injury to the victim, such as the left-hand slots and alleys, which require approximately eight weeks of medical treatment due to the above occupational negligence.
