Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who drives a rocketing car on duty.

On June 2, 2014, the Defendant driven the said car within a distance of about one kilometer from the roads near the Changdong-dong, Dobong-gu, Seoul to the front road of the Dobong-gu Seoul provincial community center located in Dobong-gu, Seoul, under the influence of alcohol of 0.141% of blood alcohol concentration on June 2, 2014.
