1. The Defendant’s KRW 500,000 to Plaintiff A, as well as 5% per annum from September 1, 2017 to November 14, 2018, respectively.
Reasons
1. Facts of recognition;
A. At around 16:00 on September 1, 2017, Nonparty E driven a F SPP car, and neglected the duty of due care while driving the first line road located in the west Gun, west Gun, west Gun, Kimpo-si in Kimpo-si, Kimpo-si, which was due to the negligence of neglecting the duty of due care while driving the first line road from the west Gun-si, Gun-ri, Gun-ri, Gun-ri, into the front part of the said SPP car, left at the front part of the said SPP car.

The plaintiffs asserted that they are obligated to pay consolation money of KRW 2,052,560 corresponding to the 20-day portion to the plaintiff Gap, and KRW 7,00,000,000 to the plaintiff Eul and KRW 5,000,000,000,000 for consolation money of KRW 20-day portion, and KRW 5,000,000 for the plaintiff Eul and KRW 5,000,000 for consolation money, because the degree of the shock of the accident in this case is extremely minor and it is difficult to view that the damage has occurred to the plaintiff Eul. Thus, the plaintiff's claim cannot be accepted
3. Determination
A. According to the statements and images of evidence Nos. 1 and 2-3 as well as evidence Nos. 1 to 4 and 3, the degree of damage of the vehicle caused by the instant accident is deemed to be extremely insignificant, and it is acknowledged that the whole purport of the pleadings is reflected in the entirety of the arguments as a result of the appraiser H’s physical examination. On September 3, 2017, the Plaintiff was diagnosed at the I Hospital on the instant accident, and received treatment by being hospitalized at the above hospital until September 22, 2017. The degree of shock caused by the traffic accident may vary depending on the passenger’s age, physical health condition, and attitude at the time of the accident, and the degree of the traffic accident is minor.
