A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

Seized evidence 1 to 3 shall be confiscated.

Punishment of the crime

On November 28, 2013, the Defendant sentenced the Suwon District Court to one year and six months for the violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes, and completed the execution of the said punishment on December 19, 2014.
