Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 20,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who resided in the Seoul Dongjak-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government 102 and operated the "D" shopping mall such as Internet maternity clothes.

No person shall use a trademark identical or similar to the registered trademark of another person for goods identical or similar to the designated goods, or possess for the purpose of transferring or delivering goods identical or similar to the designated goods on which another person’s registered trademark or similar trademark is indicated.

The Defendant purchased a famous trademark pattern, etc. imported in an irregular manner from China, etc. in the East capital market, and had the intent to pretended to sell Internet shopping mall “D” as if the Defendant directly imported. On June 21, 2011, the Defendant sold to E 1 26,500 won the e-mail produced by using the e-mail trademark registered with the Korean Intellectual Property Office without permission for the use of the e-mail trademark from the Republic of Korea to March 14, 2012, and infringed upon each trademark right holder’s trademark right by selling 5,780 points, such as clothes and sports paintings produced by using the e-mail trademark without permission from the Republic of Korea until March 14, 2012 as indicated in the attached list of crimes.
