Punishment of the crime

around 01:25 on May 28, 2015, the Defendant injured the victim E (the age of 39) under the influence of alcohol on the front side of the D pharmacy located in the Busan East-gu, Busan-gu, on the face of the victim, when the victim was able to see his half and the bath, due to a defect in the victim's face, and caused the victim's injury, such as a bad mouth and a felball, which require five weeks of treatment by walking the victim's body due to the outbreak of the victim.

Around 02:05 on August 16, 2015, the Defendant 2015-Ma5919 (hereinafter “2015-MaMa5919”) : (a) talked with the victim G(23 years of age) of the East-gu Busan East-gu, Busan-gu, on the ground that the victim had a self-esteem; (b) took part in the victim’s face and body beyond the floor, and took part in the finger and pedago, where the number of days of treatment cannot be known to the victim; and (c) took part in the part of the victim’s face and body outside the floor, and took part in the heat around the snow.
