1. The defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year;

2. Provided, That the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive;

Punishment of the crime

On June 6, 2014, the Defendant leased part of the above housing space in KRW 5 million and KRW 350,000 per month to the victim D (n, 38 years of age) as the owner of the housing on the ground of Hongcheon-gun C, Hongcheon-gun.
