1. Defendant A

A. A. Athie (1) around August 5, 2015, the Defendant: (a) committed theft on the farmland located in Chungcheongnam-gun Hong-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, with a view to carrying out towing operations, the Victim E posted a key at that place; and (b) on the part of the farmland located in Chungcheongnam-gun, the victim’s market price of KRW 800,000, i.e., “new Tti business” in an amount of KRW 800,00.

(2) On June 5, 2014, from around 18:00 to around 07:00 the following day, the Defendant: (a) cut off the electric line of KRW 7,140,000 in total 41 times from around August 25, 2015, by cutting off the agricultural electric lines of KRW 280,000, the market price of which is the victim’s possession, connected between the victim and the telegraph, which is the victim’s ownership, at the front of the irrigation farm of Bocheon-gu 2-ri, Bocheon-si, Seocheon-si, Seocheon-do; and (b) cutting off the electric lines of KRW 280,00,000, which are linked to the electric lines of KRW 280,00 from around that time to August 25, 2015.

B. On August 5, 2015, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed Driving) and the Defendant did not obtain a license for a motorcycle on or around August 5, 2015, from the rice paths located in Hongsung-gun D to August 30, 2015.
