Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. On August 3, 2014, at around 22:05, the Defendant driven a Do SM5 vehicle without obtaining a driving license from around 1.5 km section in approximately 1.5 km to the front of the Chuncheon 159, which was located in the same scam-ro 2871, in the front of the gold cafeteria, which was permanently located in the line of the Sincheon-ro 2871.
2. Violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Doing Vehicles) and the Road Traffic Act (Non-accidenting Measures) are those who are engaged in driving a DSS5 vehicle.
On August 3, 2014, at around 22:05, the Defendant driven the said car and moved to the intersection of the private distance in front of the Switzerland, 159, which is located at the time of permanent residence, from August 3, 2014.
At the time, the traffic control was not performed, so there was a duty of care to prevent accidents in advance by reducing the speed or temporarily stopping cars, etc.
Nevertheless, while neglecting this, the Defendant got the victim's bicycle side part of the victim E(Y, 50 years old) driving, which was driven by the left-hand side of the moving direction, from the boundary of the pharmacy located on the right-hand side of the moving direction, and got the victim to go beyond the floor.
Ultimately, the Defendant, by the above occupational negligence, sustained injury to the left-hand part of the outer part of the body, which requires treatment of about 6 weeks or more, and at the same time destroyed the above bicycle amounting to 150,000 won at the market price and escaped without taking necessary measures, such as cutting off the bicycle and aiding the victim.
