Defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who operates a company of Busan Dong-gu B Co., Ltd.

A person who is not a licensed real estate agent uses a similar name without using the name of "licensed real estate agent or real estate brokerage".

From May 21, 2012 to November 21 of the same year, the Defendant engaged in real estate sales business under the name of Busan Dong-gu B Co., Ltd.

Accordingly, the defendant used the name of real estate which is not a licensed real estate agent.
