Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving of B1t cargo vehicles.

On June 24, 2013, at around 21:24, the Defendant driven the above cargo while under the influence of alcohol of 0.148% with a blood alcohol concentration of 0.148%, and led to two-lanes of the two-lane roads in the front of the OKK Green Golf which are located in the window-dong of Youngcheon-si, Young-si.
