Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a small-sized cargo vehicle B.

On December 16, 2019, the Defendant driven the above vehicle on December 15:35, 2019, and changed the lane while driving the four-lane road at the center of Overcheon City along three-lanes.

In this case, the driver of a motor vehicle is not obliged to dump the white cell line so that the driver of a motor vehicle can not change course by breaking the white cell line, and has the duty of care to prevent accidents in advance by safely driving the motor vehicle in accordance with the safety signs.
