A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date of the final judgment.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant in violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents is a person who engages in the duty of driving B rocketing taxi.

On April 19, 2015, the Defendant driven the above taxi while under the influence of alcohol of 0.052% of alcohol concentration of blood on April 14:46, 2015, and driven the road of 1-lane C in front of the Seocho City along the one-lane way from the side of the Cheongho Saemaeul Community Treasury to the direction of the Seosan Gi River.

In this case, the driver had a duty of care to prevent accidents in advance by checking the front, rear, and left and right of the driver.

Ultimately, the Defendant by such occupational negligence inflicted injury on the victim D such as salt, tensions, etc. in light of the cirrhosis in need of treatment for about two weeks, and inflicted injury on the victim FF (ma, South, and 31 years old) who was on the victim D’s vehicle with the victim’s d's d't-p't-p't-p't-p's c't-p't-p't-p's c't-p't-p't-p't-p't-p's c't-p't-p't-p't-p's c

2. Around 14:30 on April 19, 2015, the Defendant driven the said taxi while under the influence of alcohol content of 0.052% in blood, from the Defendant’s house located at Joh-si, Young-si to the front road of 14:46 on the same day, at around 14:46 on the same day.
