On July 16, 2019, around 16:30 on July 16, 2019, the Defendant opened the door of the vehicle (E) in which the victim D (n, 46 years of age) was aboard in the C parking lot located in Macheon-si B, and created anxiety, such as the Defendant’s vehicle (F) for about 20 minutes by using the victim’s vehicle (F).
