A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

Of the facts charged of this case, the prosecution against assault is dismissed.

Punishment of the crime

On December 8, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for six months with prison labor for a special injury at the Gangnam Branch Branch of the Chuncheon District Court, and the judgment became final and conclusive on December 16, 2016, and was currently under suspension of execution. Accordingly, the defendant carried dangerous objects and damaged the victim's property.

3. Special intimidation Defendant uses a knife (a total length of about 20cm) that is a dangerous thing at the time, time, and place specified in the foregoing paragraph 1, flife the victim as the victim with a flife, and discarded the death.
