Punishment of the crime

On June 1, 2011, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of KRW 2 million due to a violation of road traffic law (drinking) at the Gangnam Branch of the Chuncheon District Court on June 1, 201, and was sentenced to a fine of KRW 1.5 million due to a violation of road traffic law (drinking) in the same court on July 13, 2016.

On October 16, 2016, the Defendant, who violated two or more provisions on prohibition of driving under the influence of alcohol, driven a ewing cargo vehicle while under the influence of alcohol with approximately 500 meters alcohol concentration of 0.176% while under the influence of alcohol without obtaining a driver’s license from the front of Yung-si C to the front of Yung-si D.

On June 1, 2011, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of KRW 2 million for a violation of road traffic law (dacting driving) at the Gangnam Branch of the Chuncheon District Court on June 1, 201, and was sentenced to a fine of KRW 1.5 million for the same offense in the same court on July 13, 2016.

On January 22, 2017, the Defendant driven a e-wing truck without obtaining a driver's license, while under the influence of alcohol leveling 0.155% from the 16:00 around Gangnam-si to the 23rd road near the 457 am (Yeast-dong) of the same city, the Defendant driven a e-wing truck without obtaining a driver's license.

As a result, the Defendant again driven a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol as a person who has violated the prohibition clause on drinking more than twice.

On October 15, 2016, 2016, the Defendant 2017 top class 265, the Defendant driven the Ewing GS truck without obtaining a driver’s license from the distance of about 60 km to the front day of the Defendant’s house located in Gangnam-si, Gyeongyang-gun, 14:30, the same day from the front day of the Defendant’s house located in Gangnam-si, Gyeongyangyang-gun, the front day of the 15:10, and the front day of the Defendant’s house at around 60 km of the 15:10 on the same day.
