Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment without prison labor for not less than five months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving of K5 si.

On August 30, 2019, at around 15:05, the Defendant came to turn to the left at an irregular speed depending on one-lane of the shooting distance of the sports park from the c apartment room.

At this point, there is a crosswalk that has a red signal, and therefore, there was a duty of care to check whether a person engaged in driving of a motor vehicle has a way to reduce the speed and to see well, and to safely drive the motor vehicle according to the traffic signal in advance to prevent the accident.

Nevertheless, the defendant neglected this and did not temporarily stop and proceeded to the left without making a temporary stop, and caused the victim D who cross the crosswalk to the right side from the left side of the crosswalk to go beyond the road by taking the victim D (W, 45 years old) who cross the crosswalk into the right side.

Ultimately, the Defendant suffered injury, such as a cage cage cage cage cage cage 2 and 3, which require approximately six weeks of medical treatment due to the above occupational negligence.
