If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On November 12, 2012, from around 12:30 to 13:00 on November 12, 2012 to around 13:0, the Defendant: (a) laid down a house located in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, with the victim D, etc.; and (b) laid down with the victim with a vision; and (c) flabing three-time flab face of the victim, the Defendant inflicted an injury, such as “patha Gu,” which requires treatment for about 28 days, to the victim.
