Defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is the owner of land in the wife population C, who resides in the above-ground house, and the victim D is the owner of land in the same Gu E that is adjacent to the defendant's land.

The defendant and the victim's land are connected to the land adjacent to the river by entering the bridge, and the land of the defendant and the victim are more residing, and the above entry road was used for 3 households including the victim's family members.

1. From June 15, 201 to June 22, 2011, the Defendant parked a horse at the center of the Defendant’s entry via the victim D’s field of construction from June 15, 201 to June 22, 2011.

As a result, the Defendant interfered with the traffic of the land used by the victim, and at the same time interfered with the entry of the necessary construction vehicle at the site of the victim and interfered with the construction of the victim's warehouse.

On October 12, 2012, the Defendant committed the crime of October 12, 2012, on the grounds that the victim’s vehicle violated its own land in the course of loading and unloading materials, the Defendant, at around 16:00, suspended the construction work by stating that, from that to that point, the victim’s vehicle was parked in the center due to the entry into the construction site via E population at the time of the construction site, from that point to that of the construction site, and that, to the part of the victim’s side, the Defendant continued to stop the construction work by stating that “if the construction work is not suspended, the vehicle will continue to be installed without leaving the construction site.”
