1. The Defendant indicated the Plaintiff (Appointed Party) on the attached Form No. 384.75m2 on the 1st floor of the building indicated in the attached Table (A), (B), and (3).

1. Indication of claim;

A. A: (a) purchased, on February 29, 2016, the Suwon District Court’s Seosung registry office received on March 7, 2016, the registration of ownership transfer was completed under Article 38077 of the Attached Form No. 3807, which was received on March 7, 2016, and connected in sequence each point of (a), (b), (c), (d), and (a) in a building indicated in the Attached Form No. 384.75 square meters on a 1st floor, from D, which was the former owner.

B. The defendant occupies the building of this case.

C. A died on June 2, 2017 after the instant lawsuit was pending, and the Plaintiff (Appointed Party) and the appointed party are the property heir.

The defendant does not have the right to occupy the building of this case, and thus, deliver the building of this case to the plaintiff (appointed party).
