A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a vehicle BF II.

On December 25, 2017, the Defendant driven the said car without obtaining a driver's license of the said car, and proceeded to turn to the left from the right edge of the Twit-si, the five-lane ahead of the 3-lane 983 Twit-si to the Twit-si Corporation.

On December 25, 2017, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (Non-licenseless Driving) driving a vehicle B Kank-Ⅱ without obtaining a driver’s license from the front side of the cafeteria of the 800-meter section from around the 17:20-on 17:20-on 20-on 17 to the place indicated in the preceding paragraph.
