성명 불상자는 알 수 없는 장소에서 불특정 피해자들을 상대로 전화금융 사기( 일명 보이스 피 싱) 나 인터넷 메신저 이용 금융 사기( 일명 메신저 피 싱) 범행을 통해 금원을 편취하는 사기 범행 조직을 운영하면서, 범행에 이용할 현금카드 등 전자금융거래 접근 매체를 보관, 전달할 사람과 범죄로 얻은 돈을 인출 또는 송금할 사람을 모집하고, 모집된 사람들에게 메신저 어필 리 케이 션 ‘ 위 챗’ 등을 통해 구체적 범행을 지시하고 있었다.
피고인은 2017. 11. 초순경 인터넷 사이트 구 글에서 ‘ 고수익 알바’ 단어 검색을 통해 알게 된 성명 불상 자로부터 위챗을 통해 “ 돈을 인출해 줄 사람을 만 나 현금을 건네받은 후 우리에게 전달해 주면 많은 일당을 주겠다.

In accordance with the direction of a person who was aware of the fact that the Defendant committed fraud, the Defendant: (a) was aware of the fact that he committed fraud; (b) around that time, G was in the name of the account holder in front of the Shin-dong elementary school near the Dobong-gu Young-gu Young-gu, Seo-gu; (c) limited to KRW 3,680,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,0000,000,000,000,000,000 won per day of the Defendant.
