Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, with respect to Defendant A, it shall be for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Criminal facts

Defendant A, “2013 High-Risk 239,” who operates G Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “G”), is a H’s collaborative entity that produces steel decorations, such as “GRP (Glas Reind Plas)” and supplies them to H Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “H”), a type of cable base, which is a type of electric wires fixing the wire of the ship.

Defendant

A had the intent to provide money and valuables to H officers and employees for the purpose of continuously delivering the GRP cable displays produced by its company rather than the cable displays of materials of “s” or “sethyl” produced by its competitors.

1. Around February 2, 2011, Defendant A’s H material management team expert K with breach of trust against K with respect to the steel president group expert member of the K, the said material management team was set up in the Defendant’s car going to the Incheon Airport from the Kimpo Airport located in the Gangseo-gu Seoul Airport, Gangseo-gu, Seoul.
