[2] On June 2, 201, Defendant A was sentenced to a summary order of KRW 5 million for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) at the Seosan Branch of the Daejeon District Court on June 2, 201; on February 13, 2013, Defendant A was sentenced to a summary order of KRW 5 million for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) at the Suwon District Court on February 13, 2013; on October 10, 2013, Defendant A was sentenced to a summary order of KRW 5 million; on April 22, 2015, Defendant A was sentenced to a suspended sentence of 6 months for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) at the Seosan Branch Branch of the Daejeon District Court on April 22, 2015; on June 2, 2017, the Daejeon District Court sentenced Defendant A to imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) at the Daejeon District Court on July 18, 2017.
【Criminal Facts】
1. Defendant A is a person who is engaged in driving a rocketing car.
On July 3, 2020, the Defendant driven the said car from the parking lot of the “E” company located in Jinjin-si D to the Defendant’s residence located in Jinjin-si, while under the influence of alcohol at around 02:38 on July 3, 2020.
Accordingly, the defendant violated the prohibition of drinking driving more than twice.
B.
