Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than three years and six months.

The defendant shall be ordered to complete 100 hours of the sexual assault therapy.

Punishment of the crime

1. On August 31, 2014, the Defendant injured the robbery: (a) followed the victim C (the 18 years old) who passed from the 213-lane 61-ro, Pyeongtaek-ro, Pyeongtaek-ro, 25-ro, Pyeongtaek-si on August 31, 2014; (b) followed the victim C (the 18 years old) who was in front of the 213-lane 61, the 213-dong-ro, and (c) the victim was deprived of the Defendant’s arms and resisting the Defendant’s face when the victim resisted and resisted the Defendant’s arms; (d) the victim’s face when the victim sated and resisted, the victim’s face was taken so as to prevent the victim from resisting; (e) the victim’s face was satisfed by cutting off one door, where the market price cannot be known on the part of the victim; and (e) the victim took part of the part where the victim needs to receive approximately three weeks treatment.

2. Indecent acts by compulsion;

A. On August 26, 2014, the Defendant, around 01:20 on August 26, 2014, committed an indecent act by force on the part of the victim by inserting his hand into the part of the victim F (n, 22 years of age) in front of the first floor of the E main building located in Pyeongtaek-si D, by inserting his hand into the part of the victim F (n, 22 years of age).

B. On September 3, 2014, around 09:18, the Defendant: (a) committed an indecent act by force against the victim I (here, 19 years of age) by making his/her meast in front of the H convenience store located in Pyeongtaek-si G.

3. Around 01:50 on August 26, 2014, the Defendant assaulted the victim by taking the victim’s face h (here, 18 years of age) back to his/her front way in Pyeongtaek-siJ, thereby preventing him/her from being injured by his/her hand, and by taking the victim’s face hinging through sound once.
