1. The defendant shall be the plaintiff.

(a) One-story factory of the Daegu Western Franchiste structure, sandbrid board, and one-story factory, mobile to C ground.

On March 1, 2016, the Plaintiff: (a) leased deposit amounting to KRW 25 million; (b) KRW 25 million per month; and (c) KRW 2750,000,000; and (d) the period of KRW 21,359,229 as of June 1, 2018; (b) the Defendant delayed payment of KRW 3,046,51; (c) on the ground that the Plaintiff notified the Defendant of the termination of the said lease on the ground that there was no dispute between the parties, and thus, the Defendant is obligated to deliver the instant building to the Plaintiff; (d) KRW 24,405,780; (e) KRW 21,359,229; and (e) KRW 3,046,51 as of KRW 21,00; and (e) KRW 24,405,780; (e) KRW 21,359,295; and (e) KRW 2751,51.

If so, the plaintiff's claim shall be accepted on the grounds of its reasoning, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
