A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than six months and a fine not exceeding 300,000 won.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine.

Punishment of the crime

1. On December 11, 2019, around 22:15, the Defendant was arrested of a flagrant offender from D police officials belonging to the Seoul Gangnam Police Station, who received 112 report due to the suspicion of assaulting the fire fighter C, dispatched after receiving 119 report before Gangnam-gu Seoul, and dispatched.

On December 11, 2019, at around 23:15, the Defendant transferred the part of the Defendant’s title to the Seoul Gangnam-gu Seoul Gangnam Police Station E, which was located 114-gil 11, to the Gangnam-gu Seoul Gangnam Police Station, and thereafter, the victim F (the age of 29) who is a police official belonging to the Seoul Gangnam Police Station, intended to replace the locks, took a bath to the victim and police officials belonging to the said Seoul Gangnam Police Station, and deducted the victim from his hand. The Defendant inflicted injury on the victim by asking the victim whether the victim’s left side buckbucks were able to be treated for about two weeks on his/her hand.

As a result, the Defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties of police officers regarding the handling of 112 reported cases and arrest of flagrant offenders, and at the same time injured the victim.

2. No person who violates the Punishment of Minor Offenses Act shall, while under the influence of alcohol, engage in a riotous or disorderly act by uttering or doing rough words or conducts at a public office;

피고인은 2019. 12. 11. 23:15경 제1항 기재 서울강남경찰서 E과로 인계된 뒤, 술에 취한 상태에서 서울강남경찰서 소속 경찰공무원들을 향해 ‘씨발새끼야. 어쩌라고, 좆 같은 새끼야’, ‘눈 마주치면 뒤진다. 씨발 새끼야. 살기 쉽지 개 좆만 한 새끼야’, ‘너 수갑 풀면 씨발. 강간한다’, ‘빽도 없는 새끼들이 지랄이야. 검찰에 보내면 나는 개 이득이야’라고 욕설을 하는 등 약 50분 동안 큰 소리로 소란을 피웠다.

Accordingly, the defendant, while under the influence of alcohol, forced or scamed by very rough words and conducts at government offices.
