1. Basic facts

A. On January 15, 2004, the Plaintiff concluded a sales contract with the Defendant to purchase each real estate listed in the separate sheet 1 attached hereto.

(hereinafter referred to as the “instant sales contract”). The main contents are as follows:

1) Sale proceeds: 2,100 won per 1 square meter, total amount of KRW 637,943,460 (52,72.6 square meters x 12,100 won) for land recovered under the name of the Defendant in the name of the Defendant in general principle, shall be paid at the same time as a collateral security establishment at the same time, and 1/2 of the remainder shall be paid for 1/2 of the remainder when the Defendant acquired a third party’s share in ownership in the Defendant’s name and completed registration.

B) As of the date of the sales contract for the part recovered under the Defendant’s name, 10/36 shares recovered under the Defendant’s name among the total of 44,671 square meters of total of 1,23,5,77,8 (6 parcels) are 12,408.6 square meters. The sales price for the said portion is indicated as KRW 150,144,060 on the contract for KRW 150,14,060, but it appears to be a clerical error in the amount of KRW 150,14,060 on the contract for KRW 150,14,060. Of the total amount of KRW 4,6,9 (three parcels), each 16/36 shares recovered in the name of the defendant among the total amount of KRW 15,498 square meters is 6,88 square meters, and the purchase price for such shares is 23,48,860 won in total. The down payment is 40,000,000 won on the date of the contract, and the intermediate payment is 40,000,000 won in total of KRW 45,00,000,000 in total of KRW 15,000,000 in total of KRW 15,000,000 in total, and the remainder of KRW 31,74,304 [230,838,100,000 in total of KRW 12,00 in total of KRW 12,00 in total of KRW 10,00 in total of KRW 30,700,00 in total of contract,000.

If the above "40,00,000 won" is corrected to 45,000,000 won, and the above formula is replaced to 31,744,430 won as stated in the contract.
