A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime
"2014 Highest 898"
1. Larceny;
A. At around 21:30 on January 23, 2014, the Defendant: (a) opened a door of the foregoing vehicle that was parked by the victim F by approaching the Eart in front of Eart in the vicinity of the Seoul Guro-gu Seoul D Station; and (b) gallony 2 smartphones equivalent to KRW 1,008,000 in the market value of the victim owned within it; and (c) stolen it.
B. From 23:00 to 24:00 at the end of January 2014, the Defendant: (a) accessed the Plaintiff’s housing near the Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu; (b) opened a door that was parked by the Nonindicted Party on the road; and (c) opened a door that was not locked by the said vehicle; and (d) 50 knife Chinese currency, which is the victim’s possession, and stolen it.
C. From the end of January 23:00 to the end of 24:00, the Defendant approaching the road, and opened a door that was parked by the victims of the foregoing vehicle on the road in the number omitted, and cited the 130 U.S. dollars, 130 U.S. dollars, 5 U.S. dollars, 1 trillion U.S. dollars, 24:00, and 1 trillion U.S. dollars, 300 U.S. dollars, which are owned by the said victims.
On February 6, 2014, at around 00:10 on February 6, 2014, the Defendant accessed the Plaintiff’s vehicle G in Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City with the first engine parkeded by the Victim H, and opened the driver’s seat of the said vehicle, and 800 won in cash, which is the victim’s possession, was stolen.
2. The Defendant attempted to larceny: (a) around 00:30 on February 6, 2014, at the Y apartment parking lot in Bupyeong-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-si; (b) at the victim K-si, the Defendant attempted to open a door to the driver’s seat in order to steals goods in the vehicle; and (c) during the course of trying to open a door to the driver’s seat in order to steal the goods in the vehicle, the Defendant attempted to do so.
The defendant of "2014 Highest 1057" on February 2, 2014, on the roads where the winners of the victim's name are infinite-si N around 03:00 and the victim's name are infinite-si.
