Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The Defendants and F conspired to take money out, considering the attitude that they would report to the investigation agency if they did not give the driver a mutual agreement, after causing a partial contact with driving vehicles in a drinking-free entertainment area in the Cheongju City City.
1. Defendants A, B, and F’s joint criminal acts are waiting in an area where a large-scale drinking house is concentrated in Cheongju-gu, Seodong-gu, Seodong-gu. The Defendants conducted drinking and driving at the drinking house, and subsequently, caused contact with the drivers, and then conspired to collect money by making the drivers frighten as if they reported the drinking driving without giving agreement to the drivers.
