A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

1. On August 15, 2018, around 06:20, the Defendant ordered food as if he/she had the intent or ability to pay the price to E in the “D” restaurant operated by the victim with the name in the name in the Southern-gu Incheon Metropolitan City C2 level.

The defendant of "2018 Highest 7034" is married with the victim H (V, 43 years of age).

1.
