A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

At around 13:00 on February 24, 2016, the Defendant prepared a false complaint form against C using the accusation form kept in the above public service center for the purpose of having C who served as the Jeju viewing police officer in the public service center for the purpose of having C receive criminal punishment.
