1. Defendant Venture Forum Co., Ltd.: (a) KRW 50,000,000 and its amount from February 1, 2011 to June 14, 2012 to the Plaintiff.

1. Basic facts

A. 1) Gyeonggi-do promoted A development project on a lot of 661,915 square meters within the area of the Sinnam-si Housing Site Development Project for the purpose of securing the self-sufficiency function of the Sindong-si. On July 14, 2006, Gyeonggi-do announced a public announcement of supply to B with respect to the land within the said project district. 2) Defendant Oil Broadcasting Network Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant Oil Broadcasting”) and Defendant Venture Forum Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant Venture Forum”) were supplied by Gyeonggi-do on August 18, 2006 with a public invitation agreement to cooperate with the Defendants in the construction of a new building (hereinafter “instant private business entity”).

3) Next, on August 24, 2006, the Defendants are future set-up securities companies, Gyeongnam companies, Handong Construction Co., Ltd. (hereinafter each “Sa deposit securities”), Gyeongnam companies, Gyeongdong Construction Co., Ltd. (hereinafter each “Sa deposit securities”), Gyeongnam companies, and dong Construction.”

B) As to the instant project between the Plaintiff and the Plaintiff, the Work Agreement between the Defendants’ Investment Company and the Financial Participating Company (hereinafter “instant Work Agreement”) with the content that: (a) the Defendants’ Investment Company; (b) the future bond as a Financial Participating Company; and (c) the construction participant; and (d) the Plaintiff as a design participant.
