Punishment of the crime

On January 11, 2020, at around 21:37, the Defendant: (a) contacted the wife of the victim C (the age of 40) who walked on the way to the left-hand side of the car while driving a car on the front road of Gangdong-gu Seoul, Seoul; (b) in such a case, the victim gets off the driver’s seat with his hand and resisted it, and (c) gets off from the car, the Defendant expressed his desire to make the victim “I am off why you want to see, why you see, why you want to see, why you want to see, how you want to see, and how you want to see, the victim’s life, body, etc. by getting out of the car.”
