1) In light of the language and text of the instant settlement contract and the developments leading up to the conclusion of the instant settlement contract, etc., it is reasonable to deem that the instant settlement contract merely terminates to the extent that the Plaintiff’s claim for the supply of goods against the Defendant is paid with the amount obtained by deducting the expenses for processing and repair from the sales proceeds of female coaches, and the expenses for the supply of goods are deducted from the expenses for the supply of goods to the Defendant.
