A. The Plaintiff and the Defendant are co-owners of 530 square meters in Jinju-si (hereinafter “shared land”) and co-ownership shares are 1/2, respectively.

B. The Plaintiff and the Defendant did not agree not to divide the co-owned land, but did not agree on the method of partition.

(c) The form of the co-owned land is diverse and thus it cannot be divided in kind due to its nature, and thus, the price shall be divided by auction.
