A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Criminal facts

On May 9, 2007, the Defendant issued a summary order of KRW 700,000,000 as a fine for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) at the Incheon District Court on December 5, 2007, the summary order of KRW 3 million as a fine for the same crime in the same court on December 5, 2007, and the summary order of KRW 7 million as a fine for the same crime on November 22, 2012 from the father branch branch of the Incheon District Court.

Although the Defendant had been able to violate the provision on the prohibition of driving under the influence of alcohol twice or more, on March 16, 2019, at around 03:15, the Defendant driven a D Sspke car under the influence of alcohol by 0.122% in an influent section from the front of the Asian stadium located in 806, to the front of the Kawon located in the same Gu, Seo-gu, Incheon, Seo-gu.
