A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving of a vehicle Cwing and Class III cargo.
On September 3, 2017, the Defendant driven the above cargo while under the influence of 0.122% alcohol during blood transfusions on September 3, 2017, while driving the said cargo, and driving the two-lane road in front of “E” located in Da in the North Chang-gun, North Korea, along the two-lanes from the side of Eup to the boundary of tin at Eup.
