A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is engaged in the duty of driving Category C cargo vehicles.

Around 21:30 on May 3, 2016, the Defendant was driving the above cargo truck and continued from 33rd side of the Nam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, Yangcheon-gu, Seoul Metropolitan Government, into the front side of the D.
