1. Basic facts
A. The Plaintiff filed a lawsuit against the Defendant (Appointed Party) and the designated parties (hereinafter “the Defendant”), seeking the implementation of the procedure for ownership transfer registration due to the cancellation of title trust with respect to each share of the Defendants, among the Daegu District Court 2007Dadan12209, Daegu District Court 207DaMa12209, the Plaintiff filed a lawsuit against the Defendant (hereinafter “Defendant”), and the said court rendered a favorable judgment on April 30, 2008. The said judgment became final and conclusive around that time, but the clan did not acquire ownership transfer registration because it is not possible to acquire farmland.
B. Since then, the 1,181 square meters and 93 square meters in the Gu-si, Gu-si, Si-si, were replaced with E-si, 1303.2 square meters on June 13, 2013. On March 24, 2016, the land was divided into the 236.5 square meters in Gu-si, Gu-si, E-si, 236.5 square meters in the F-si, 718.1 square meters in the Gu-si, and 348.6 square meters in G-do.
C. Meanwhile, the 718.1 square meters in the Gu-si, Daegu District Court was incorporated into H roads. On June 1, 2018, Gu-si, an institution entrusted with the duties of the Busan National Land Management Office, which is a project implementer, deposited the Plaintiff and the Defendants as a depositee. The deposit amount was KRW 16,90,110 in the Daegu District Court Decision 2018, 479, 479, 11,266, 740 (Defendant I), 480, 11,266, 740 won in the Gu-si, Busan District Court (Defendant J), 2018, 4816, 2816, 680 won in the amount of the Defendants’ share as a deposit.
