All appeals are dismissed.

The grounds of appeal are examined.

1. Examining the following circumstances as to the Defendant case and the person against whom the attachment order was requested (hereinafter “Defendant”), including the age, conduct, intelligence, and environment of the victim, the relationship with the victims, the motive and consequence of each of the instant crimes, and the circumstances after the crime, etc., the lower court cannot be deemed to have maintained the first instance judgment that sentenced the Defendant to life imprisonment, etc. even in light of the circumstances asserted by the Defendant.

2. With respect to the case for which the request for attachment order is filed, if the defendant files an appeal against the case for which the request for attachment order is filed, the appeal shall be deemed filed.

However, there is no entry of reasons in the petition of appeal, and there is no entry of reasons for objection in the petition of appeal.

3. Therefore, all appeals are dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
