A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On September 29, 2017, the Defendant was sentenced to one year of suspended sentence for larceny at the Seoul Northern District Court on June 6th, 2017, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on October 11, 2017, and is still under suspended sentence.
1. The Defendant of larceny: (a) on May 25, 2018 23:38 -

Around the 200:30, the victim C creshed with a gold-fluoron 8 Handphones, a log balon, and a cash 1,000 won in cash located on the wall juth juth of the market value of the victim’s ownership, which was a creshed by the flusing victim C, with a single gold-fluoron 8 balonon, a log, a multiple pound, a new card, a driver’s license.
The Defendant, including this, stolen the property owned by the victims on nine occasions from May 2018 to May 25, 2018, as indicated in the list of crimes in the attached Table 1.

On May 26, 2018, at around 00:00, the Defendant acquired stolen goods with knowledge of the fact that: (a) one Handphone in S8 S8 when he/she owns the victim E, which he/she stolen from D, and the market value equivalent to KRW 1 million at the victim E, the victim E, is equivalent to KRW 900,000,000,000,000,000,000.
The Defendant, including this, acquired stolens from D around May 2018, at least five times, as indicated in the list of crimes in attached Table 2.
