이후 피고인은 2018. 3. 13. 경부터 휴대전화 메신저 어 플 리 케이 션 ‘ 위 쳇’ 등의 대화방을 통하여 위 보이스 피 싱 조직원인 ‘C’ 이라는 대화명을 가진 사람과 ‘D’ 라는 대화명을 가진 사람으로부터 지시를 받아, 인천, 대구, 전주, 경북 고령군 등을 돌아다니며 체크카드를 이용하여 보이스 피 싱 피해 금원을 인출하여 다시 위 사람들이 지정해 준 계좌로 송금하고 그 대가로 수고비 명목의 금원을 받는 일을 하기로 마음먹었다.
