A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. 계속하여 피고 인은 위 경찰관들의 지원 요청을 받고 현장에 출동한 순찰차( 순 11호) 근무자인 경찰관 G, H에게 큰 소리로 “ 너 좀 맞아야 겠다, 맞짱 뜨자. ”라고 말하며 시비를 걸고, 위 G와 H이 순찰 근무를 위해 순찰차에 탑승하려 하자 몸으로 위 경찰관들을 밀치고, 위 순찰차( 순 11호) 앞에 선 채로 운행을 막는 등 폭행하여 위 경찰관들의 112 신고 처리에 관한 정당한 직무집행을 방해하였다.
