Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The Defendant, with the trade name of “D”, was a person who engages in the interior business, and was in a partnership business relationship with “D,” but the Defendant and E conspireded to subcontract part of the construction work or to receive materials, even though the victims did not have any intent or ability to pay the cost even if they were to subcontract part of the construction work or receive materials from the victims.
1.
