A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On March 11, 2019, the Defendant violated the Framework Act on Fire Services, at around 08:15, on board a bus with a woman living together, and moved from the Masan to a bus terminal located in Seoban-si, Busan, with the death and injury of Busan, filed a report on 119, and filed a report on 119. Upon receipt of the report, the Defendant sent the report to the deputy head of the fire station B, the fire assistant C, the fire fighter D, and the fire fighting assistant E, to the deputy head of the bus terminal.

At around 08:26 on the same day, the Defendant: (a) the above C and D fire fighter who tried to check the condition of a female living together on the bus and the rear seat of the bus on the ground that fire fighting officials were dispatched late at the end of the bus bus terminal; (b) expressed a serious bath and verbal abuse, such as “it is late why a bus routs, a starting routs, and a ruptures have been delayed; (c) obstructed the passage of the bus and prevented fire fighting officials from approaching their lives, and threatened them with the chest of the D fire fighter by hand; and (d) threatened them with C and D fire fighters.

While the Defendant took a serious bath within the above first-aid vehicle on the ground that he did not immediately depart from his living woman even after moving it to 119 first-aid vehicles, the Defendant: (a) while having carried out a serious bath in the above first-aid vehicle, D fire fighter sealed the D fire fighter's shoulder by hand; (b) continuously pushed the C fire fighter's shoulder by hand; and (c) threatened C fire fighter with her fire fighter.

Accordingly, the defendant assaulted fire fighters and interfered with emergency medical services.

2. On March 11, 2019, around 08:45, the obstruction of performance of official duties and the Defendant: (a) on the street in front of a bus terminal in Seodaemun-si, cross-city bus security personnel, as well as the 119 first responder’s “19 pactes and sights are doing so; (b) the police officer’s request due to the risk of assault to first responder,” and (c) the victim G, who is a member of the F District of the thought and Police Station, dispatched to the police station; and (d) the police officer’s threat against the first responder.
